On Tuesday, December 24th, the South Yarmouth United Methodist Church will hold two Christmas Eve services.  The first will begin at 6:00 p.m.  Everyone is welcome to attend, but this service will be geared toward children, youth and their families.  A Christmas pageant will be at the heart of this service. Children will especially be encouraged to participate in the re-telling of the story of Jesus’ birth.  There will be special music as well as a children’s message and a Christmas meditation.

A second service will begin at 8:00 p.m. and include lessons, carols, special music and Christmas message. This service will have a more contemplative “feel” for the night.  Both the 6 PM and the 8 PM service will end with candle light and the singing of “Silent Night.”  Please feel free to invite family, neighbors and friends to either or both of these services.
