We thank everyone who brought in items for the “Blessing Bags” that are being given out to people who visit the Duffy Health Center’s REACH mobile unit. The Duffy Health Center’s REACH unit is on our campus on Mondays from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. REACH stands for “Respectful, Equitable, Access to Compassionate Health Care.” The mobile unit consists of a beautiful van, and professionals who provide person-centered supportive services to those in need. We are excited to see this partnership move forward to better support our neighbors. Thank you to everyone who wrote encouraging notes and dropped off donations of travel size shampoo and deodorant, toothpaste, Q-tips, tissues, hand lotion, chap stick, as well as fruit bars, small protein snacks, nail clippers, hand warmers, pocket crosses and more. They will be a source of encouragement and comfort for those who receive them.
